L'Chaim Messianic Congregation, Lake Worth Florida, Palm Beaches

Trouble is an ever-present reality in our world, and there is no way for any of us to totally escape its grip! How do you respond when difficulty pays you a visit? Do you attempt to escape in your own strength or just endure while waiting on GOD?

Are you one who keeps it to yourself or who tells everyone about your hardship? A believer usually turns to the LORD praying that He will fix the situation.

The Word tells us how the apostle Paul went to the LORD three times and asked Him to remove his “thorn in the flesh”! But GOD’S answer to him was that it would remain; it was about humility. When GOD says no to our requests for relief, He says yes to something even greater—His all sufficient grace!

He will never allow a trial to come our way without supplying His abundant strength to endure it! The suffering He allows in our lives is always for a good purpose!

1 Peter 5:5C
God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble.

GOD is always up to something big in our lives when He allows suffering to remain but gives us His grace to get through. Humble yourself before Him today with your thorns! He is sovereign over all!

Blessings,
