For faith to be genuine, it must be tested; just as weight lifters rely on resistance to make their muscles stronger. When everything’s going well, it is easy to say, “Sure, I trust the LORD,“ but when times get tough, confidence in GOD can take a nosedive!
Will you believe and act on the truths in Scripture or let hardships cause you to doubt GOD’S love and care for you?
Each moment of adversity we face is an opportunity to believe GOD, rest in His promises, and grow further into the likeness of His Son, YESHUA!
1 Peter 1:7
“That the genuineness of your faith, being much more precious than gold that perishes, though it is tested by fire, may be found to praise, honor, and glory at the revelation of MESSIAH YESHUA.”
Whatever circumstances come across your path, may I encourage you to persevere and see GOD’S promises in His Word. For those who endure and love Him, they will receive the crown of life!
“Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him.”
