It may sound simple, but it is true – our prayers are not answered when we do not pray! Just as our scripture for today states, we have to ask for what we need and want!

Sometimes we work on our situations, in our thoughts; we discuss them with our family and friends and wish and hope for them to be taken care of. But, all that is not prayer!

Prayer is going to ABBA  “in the name of Yeshua” and asking Him to give us an answer to our needs! As a matter of fact, He is waiting for us to come to Him in faith knowing He is ready and able to act on our behalf if we only believe. His love for us is unconditional and His desire is always to bless us beyond measure, but until we come to Him in prayer, His hands are tied!

James 4:2C “You do not have because you do not ask… “

Open the door for GOD to intervene in your situation with prayer. Don’t ever let prayerlessness hinder GOD from working in your life and the lives of your loved ones! He is waiting!

Pray About Everything

You and I can be sincere Messianic Believers eager to please GOD in all we do and still have honest questions about prayer. Even though YESHUA’S’ disciples spent a lot of personal time with Him, they still felt the need to ask Him to teach them how to pray!

Yeshua helped them (Luke 11:2-4), check it out. I believe that when we ask Him, He will help us too. As a result, we will not only experience increased effectiveness, freedom and enjoyment in our prayer life, but also greater closeness in our relationship with Him. We should not be intimidated by the ideal of prayer; we should actually look forward to spending time doing something that is meant to come naturally—like breathing!

Luke 11:1 “Now it came to pass as He was praying in a certain place, when He ceased, that one of His disciples said to Him, “Lord teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples… ”

Our Creator loves us and longs for fellowship with us every day. We can and should pray anywhere, anytime and about anything and everything. GOD wants to hear from you today, He’s waiting!

A True Worshiper

What does the Bible have to say about worship? It is a personal relationship and spiritual intimacy and a passionate expression of devotion to Messiah Yeshua!

True worship is having the fire for the love of Yeshua in our heart that spills out over everything we do and say! Just knowing that we have a true and living relationship with ABBA DADDY through MESSIAH should fill our hearts with enthusiasm and zeal! This is the kind of worshiper that is pleasing to GOD! He is seeking true and genuine worshipers. He doesn’t want us to worship Him out of obligation or religion, but out of a loving relationship!

John 4:23 “But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship ABBA  in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him… ”

True worship is a lifestyle that reflects the righteousness of GOD, of loving Him and loving His people and obeying His Word!

Special People

When feelings of low self-worth threaten us with discouragement, we need to rely on the truth of GOD’S Word rather than our emotions. If you are a believer in MESSIAH YESHUA; our ABBA FATHER sees us as special people!

First, we are a chosen race; GOD chose you and I to be part of His Kingdom and family because He wants us! So you are not insignificant in GOD’S eyes! Second, we are a Royal Priesthood; we are children of the Most High GOD, therefore part of a royal family (heirs of GOD & fellow heirs with CHRIST (Rom. 8:17). Third, we are a holy nation, the body of MESSIAH, which is a group of people who are holy, which means “set apart” for the purposes of GOD! That means our lives are never meaningless!

1 Peter 2:9 “But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His special own people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light… ”

GOD places a high value on you; don’t let Satan whisper lies of condemnation and criticism in your ear. You are truly the apple of GOD’S eye!

God’s Priority

At times people will say “I’ve made YESHUA a part of my life,” but that’s wrong, because Yeshua can never just be a part of our life! He must become our whole life! He should be our central focus, everything should revolve around Him.

For believers, the essence of living is to walk in child-like obedience to YESHUA! That means we walk by faith while depending on the Ruach Hakodesh and the divine grace of ABBA FATHER!

Yeshua tells us to seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness and everything else will be added to us. We need to flush our minds of anything that doesn’t fit with His priority. This is accomplished by the renewing of our mind through the Word of GOD (Rom. 12:2).

Luke 12:31 “But seek the Kingdom of God, and all these things shall be added to you… ”

As we prioritize (putting the Kingdom of GOD first), we can rest assured that Adonai Yireh (our Provider) will bring to pass anything and everything we will ever need!
